Quality First Scholarships

Quality First Scholarships help low-income families afford quality early care and education for their young children. The number of scholarships is limited, and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact programs that participate in Quality First Scholarships to ask about availability.

  • There are many factors to consider when choosing a program for your child. First Things First encourages families to visit programs in person and use this checklist to look for quality.
  • Quality First is a voluntary program, and First Things First does not have the capacity to enroll all providers in Arizona who are interested in participating. There are many quality programs in Arizona not enrolled in Quality First.
